Hot, fertile, very deep alluvial soils with porphyritic sediment.
Vinification
Delicate processing and crushing, controlled-temperature fermentation and ageing on fine lees in stainless steel tanks, no malolactic fermentation.
Tasting Notes
Greenish-yellow in color, this wine offers an intense nose of nettle and blackcurrant. The palate is dry, rounded, and pleasantly typical of the varietal.
Food Pairing
This fresh and vibrant Sauvignon pairs beautifully with seafood, goat cheese, fresh salads, herb-roasted chicken, and light pasta dishes. Its bright acidity also complements green vegetables such as asparagus and zucchini.
