Estate
Founded in 1881 with the planting of its first 7 hectares of vineyards, Château Chauvet has grown
steadily through generations of family dedication. The estate expanded significantly in 1951 with the
arrival of the ambitious Chauvet brothers. Today, two generations work side by side, with Grégory
Dalla Longa, owner and wine advisor, proudly continuing the family tradition and preserving the
estate's passion for quality winemaking
Terroir
The 55-hectare vineyard is located in the Entre-deux-Mers region, in Saint-Hilaire-du-Bois. The
vines, averaging 25 to 30 years of age, are planted on sunny hillsides with clay-limestone soils,
providing ideal conditions for producing expressive and well-balanced wine.
Tasting Notes
A charming floral bouquet with aromas of red
blossoms, blackcurrant, and blueberry. The palate
is full-bodied and well-balanced, revealing notes of
ripe plum and toasted bread
